SMMIAB collects information submitted through membership, contact and newsletter forms for association communication and administrative review.
Access to submitted information is restricted to authorized administrators. The website does not intentionally sell personal data.
Before public launch, the Executive Committee should review this policy and add retention, disclosure, consent and data-correction procedures appropriate to the association.
